Your agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Aurexis AI Private Limited. By creating an account or using Aurexis, you accept them.

Definitions

A few terms used throughout:

• Run - one pass of the loop on an idea.
• Record - the permanent, verifiable output of a run.
• Verdict - the sealed conclusion, such as Proceed or Halt.
• Evidence states - Established, Stale, Reported, Derived, Absent, Unreached.
• Watch - optional post-deploy monitoring of a record.

What Aurexis is - and isn’t

Aurexis produces a verifiable record of what you try to build. It is not investment, legal or financial advice. A verdict records evidence at a moment in time; it is not a promise of any outcome.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your details accurate and your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

A run can Complete with real results, Halt when there is nothing real to continue with, or Fail and say why. A halt is a valid outcome, not a hidden error.

Plans, fees and billing

Validate is free. Paid features are billed as shown at purchase:

• Blueprint - ₹399 per run.
• Watch - ₹199 per month, per record.
• Branding Kit - ₹99, one-time.

Fees exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where the law requires, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Sealed records

A sealed verdict is permanent and cannot be edited - by you or by us. Deleting your account does not alter records already sealed.

Your content and licence

You own your inputs and the product you build. You grant Aurexis only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your private inputs to train models that serve other users.

Our intellectual property

Aurexis, its engine, software, design and marks are owned by us. These Terms grant you the right to use the service, not any ownership of it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the engine;
• submit malware, or content you have no right to submit;
• resell or misrepresent the service, or forge a record.

Third-party services

Aurexis relies on public registries, a payment processor, hosting and deployment. Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Aurexis available and publish its state on the Status page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers

Aurexis is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and make no guarantees that a record will lead to any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose.

Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable claims arising from your misuse of Aurexis or your breach of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aurexis at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Sections on IP, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under applicable law to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Miscellaneous and contact
